Placing Your Order on Our Website
You may place your order on our website by PayPal but you must first make sure event date is available. Fill out the form under (Contact Us) be sure to include event date, product description and quantity's needed. We will email you back confirming if event date is available
After date is confirmed, place items in shopping cart and check out. When asked to confirm purchase, either pay full balance or pay 50% of your total as deposit to secure your event date. You will be invoiced the remaining amount by PayPal which can be cleared up the day of pickup.
Placing Your Order In Person
You can always place your order in person over the phone, or via email. We can get together for a consultation, show you our product, discuss ideas and options.
We accept payment by Cash, Certified Check, Credit Card, email money transfer or PayPal
A 50% booking deposit/damage deposit is required on all rentals at time of booking. Total rental amount is due at time of customer pick up or delivery
Prices quoted are for a 42 Hr rental. Rentals can be picked up after 6:00PM the day prior to event and must be dropped back off by 12:00PM the day after event. Weekend and weekly rates are available upon request. Equipment is priced for time out whether it is used or not.
Placing Your Order
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis, so the sooner you can place your order, the better. Even if you do not know your exact guest count, it is best to reserve your party rentals well in advance and then make adjustments later if necessary. A reservation is made and confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
All additions, deletions or changes to your order must be made at least 30 or more days prior to function. Additions to your order are subject to availability.
All colored sashes, table runners, and cloth napkins must be ordered 30 days prior to event. If you don't see your color on our website just ask, we have lots of other color options.
